Our sessions are booked for 55 minutes each.
Results depend on each patient's ability to move through the stages of change and to adhere to the plan. Some results will be noted within the first week and most of the goal should be attained within 12 months. It is important to note that when we establish the main goal, we will break it down into several small steps to make it realistic and attainable. Therefore patients will experience progress each week, and over time achieve their main goal. The full length of treatments and maintenance phase will be within 6 and 12 months for long-lasting results.
Weekly until 50% of the goal is achieved. Bi-weekly until 100% of the goal is achieved and then we move into monthly meetings during the maintenance phase which may be 6 to 12 months months. This will solidify the work and the new lifestyle habits and ensure the goal is achieved and sustained. 12 to 24 months might seem like a long time, but we must remember that this work is adjusting habits that may have been formed over decades. Furthermore, 12-24 months can provide a much-increased life quality that will be enjoyed for a lifetime. Your health is worth your time!
